uncomfortable stay but quick refund process
The staff at the front desk was very understanding when we reported our issues. They assured us of a full refund, which we appreciated given the circumstances.
The room cleanliness was severely lacking, particularly the dust and pests.

enjoyable access to unique attractions and dining options
I appreciated the fairly clean room and the quiet property, which made my stay quite pleasant while enjoying a quick bite at a nearby McDonald's – just a few steps away – and exploring the fascinating World's Largest Catsup Bottle, a short walk from the hotel, which was a fun stop on my city strolls.

A Stay to Forget, Unfortunately
Our one-night visit was disappointing. Check-in took over 15 minutes, and our room had a musty odor. The ice machine area was grungy, and breakfast fell short. If you're just passing through, explore other nearby options to ensure a better experience.

Not quite the relaxing stay we hoped for
Checked in after a late-night drive, but things went downhill fast. My wife hurt her ankle on some wires while we tried to get our key. Then, we dealt with phone calls and knockings at 6:30 am. Couldn't sleep at all! Breakfast was basic, but at least Denny’s next door was a lifesaver. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Collinsville with fantastic value for money. The building is dated, but the fairly clean room made for a comfortable stay. If you're planning to eat, don't forget about the discount at Denny's next door.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, assisting with any request promptly. Amenities like the microwave and fridge added to the comfort of the stay.
The breakfast selection was quite limited.

I enjoyed my stay at Americas Best. The location was convenient, and the television provided entertainment during my downtime. Although I noticed some dust in the room, the overall experience remained pleasant for a quick stop on my road trip. I'd return when exploring more of the U.S.

The King Room was a mixed bag. It was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable, which was a plus. But the bathroom was a bit grimy. I found hair and soap residue in the tub. The TV worked after some assistance from the front desk, but it took a while to get help. Overall, the room felt a little worn out and could use some better cleaning.

The hotel was perfect for our family with kids and our dog! We found it easy to get to Gateway Fun Park, and the rooms were clean. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge for late-night snacks.
My wife says that a bigger breakfast selection would be great for families.

Family with children nightmare
This hotel was bad enough that we ended up sleeping in our car and let me tell you how surreal that was I mean we were literally kicked out without any chance to grab our things
It wasn't exactly a bargain but we had no other choice that night.
